1. After cleansing, gently massage for less than 1 minute.
2. Rinse with lukewarm water.

For sensitive skin, please use once a week, and for oily/combination skin, use up to twice a week at most.
Apply to areas where the skin gets oily - especially around the forehead and nose area (also known as the T-zone).
It is advised to use on damp skin for sensitive skin and on dry face for normal skin types.
